Terms of use
These terms apply to the Appsweet private beta, including the optional managed Google or YouTube connection. If you use a customer-operated installation, additional terms from that operator may also apply.

Private beta
Access is invitation-only and provided for evaluation and testing. Features, interfaces, data formats, limits, and availability may change before a public release. Do not rely on the beta as the only copy of important content.
Authority to connect
You may connect only a Google or YouTube account and channel that you own or are authorized to administer. A workspace administrator who starts consent confirms that they are authorized to grant the requested permissions for that workspace.
Customer-operated installations
Appsweet is designed to run on customer-controlled infrastructure. The operator of that installation controls its product database, files, backups, users, access rules, and durable provider grants. The optional managed OAuth broker is a separate Appsweet-operated service used only for authorization-code exchange and refresh.
Google and YouTube services
By using the YouTube connection, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google's and YouTube's other applicable policies. You remain responsible for every upload and other action initiated through Appsweet.
Acceptable use
You must not use Appsweet or the managed connection to:
- upload or publish content you do not have the right to use;
- break applicable law, YouTube's rules, or another person's rights;
- bypass security, consent, tenant isolation, rate limits, or access controls; or
- abuse, resell, or artificially multiply shared Google or YouTube quota.
Availability and limits
The managed connection depends on Appsweet infrastructure and on Google or YouTube. It may be unavailable because of maintenance, outages, shared quota, provider verification, policy decisions, or beta limits. Bring-your-own OAuth remains a separate operator-controlled alternative and requires fresh consent.
Stopping use
You may stop using the beta and revoke Google access at any time. Appsweet may suspend or end beta access to protect users or systems, comply with law or provider rules, respond to misuse, or discontinue the beta. Data handling after disconnection follows the Privacy Policy.
Beta warranty and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the beta is provided as available and without a service-level commitment. You are responsible for testing your workflow, reviewing scheduled actions, and keeping suitable backups. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and contact
These terms may change as the beta develops. Material changes will be communicated to invited users before they apply where required.
Questions about these terms can be sent through the support contact supplied with your beta invitation.
