Todos
Lists and kanban, a focused detail panel, and built-in time tracking. Everything the team is working on, at a glance.
Todos, Docs, and the Sweetheart AI agent in one calm workspace you install on your own server and run yourself.
This is an alpha build. It is preview software for evaluation, not for production data: features change between builds, and some updates need a fresh install. The desktop app is for Macs with Apple silicon.
Each app does one thing well. Switch from a slim rail; nothing gets in the way of the work in front of you.
Lists and kanban, a focused detail panel, and built-in time tracking. Everything the team is working on, at a glance.
A folder browser, tabs, and a clean rich-text editor. Write plans, specs, and notes the whole team can find.
The AI agent at the center of it all, being built into every app to take action, help with your work, and run background agents for you.
Quarterly objectives and key results with weekly check-ins, measured against the work in Todos.
Write a post once, then publish or schedule it to your social channels, such as Bluesky and YouTube.
A shared file library with folders, previews, versions and Trash, on your own storage.
Quick capture for personal and team notes, with tags and links to todos and docs.
Personal and shared calendars with invitations, recurring events and time zones.
Your own email account in the workspace, with threads, attachments and links to your work.
Channels, threads and mentions for real-time team conversation.
Ask in plain language. Sweetheart is being woven into every app: taking action where the work happens, helping you think it through, and running background agents that keep things moving — always showing you exactly what it did.
One command installs the whole stack on your own server — app, Postgres, file storage and a private console — and you finish setup in your browser. On Dokploy, paste the launcher into a Compose service instead. Sign-in is built in.

# The installer verifies the signed alpha release, starts the
# stack over HTTPS and prints a private claim link:
# open it, claim your console, then configure addresses,
# storage, email and backups in the browser. Not yet. The alpha builds are free to download and are provided for evaluation, and the source code is not published yet. The plan for the public launch is to release Appsweet as open source under AGPL-3.0, alongside a commercial licence for organisations that need one.
One installer command, then setup in your browser. The install guide walks you through every step.
